全复合蜂窝夹芯板动态特性分析

Dynamic analysis of all-composite honeycomb core sandwich panel

  • 摘要: 采用理论与试验相结合的方式,研究了全复合蜂窝芯层三明治板(all⁃composite honeycomb core sandwich panels,ACHCSP)的动态特性。基于高阶剪切变形理论、Gibson等效理论建立ACHCSP结构的理论模型,利用Rayleigh⁃Ritz法和正交多项式法求解了该结构的动态特性。搭建相关试验平台,以ACHCSP为研究对象进行测试,验证了理论模型的正确性。结果表明,该理论模型能够准确地预测结构的固有频率。基于所提模型讨论了纤维板厚度、蜂窝单元壁厚以及壁长对结构固有频率的影响。

     

    Abstract: The intrinsic characteristics of all-composite honeycomb core sandwich panels (ACHCSP) were investigated using a combined approach of theory and experimentation. A theoretical model of the ACHCSP structure was established based on the high-order shear deformation theory and Gibson equivalent theory. The dynamic characteristics of this structure were determined using the Rayleigh-Ritz method and orthogonal polynomial approach. A relevant experimental platform was constructed to conduct tests on ACHCSP as the research subject, thereby confirming the accuracy of the theoretical model. The results indicate that this theoretical model can accurately predict the natural frequencies of ACHCSP plates. Based on the established model, the influence of fiber layer thickness, honeycomb cell wall thickness, and wall length on the natural frequencies of ACHCSP structures is discussed.
