高速铁路大跨度矮塔斜拉桥动力试验与数值仿真研究

Dynamic experiment and numerical simulation of long span extradosed cable-stayed bridge for high-speed railway

  • 摘要: 为探究高速列车-矮塔斜拉桥系统相互耦合作用及矮塔斜拉桥的动力性能,以新建常益长铁路沅江特大桥——矮塔斜拉桥 (34+118+240+118+34) m为工程背景,采用现场实测和数值仿真方法对列车-桥梁耦合系统开展振动特性和动力响应研究。通过动载试验测试高速列车以不同车速通过桥梁时桥梁结构的动挠度、动应变及加速度等动力响应;建立了高速列车-矮塔斜拉桥耦合振动数值仿真模型,对比动载试验结果与计算结果验证了数值仿真模型的可靠性。在此基础上,研究不同行车速度对车桥耦合系统的动力响应及列车运行安全与平稳运行的影响规律。研究结果表明:针对桥梁动力响应,车桥耦合振动数值模拟结果与实测结果基本吻合,在设计车速下列车行车安全指标和运行平稳指标均小于规范限值;桥梁结构实测动力系数最大值为1.16,桥梁结构具有较好的横、竖向刚度和动力性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the coupling interaction between high-speed train and extradosed cable-stayed bridge as well as the dynamic performance of extradosed cable-stayed bridge, a (34+118+240+118+34) m Yuanjiang extradosed cable-stayed bridge of the newly built Changyichang Railway is considered as the engineering background, and the vibration characteristics of the coupled system of the train and the bridge are investigated using field measurements and numerical simulations. The dynamic experiment is conducted to test the dynamic response of the bridge structure with respect to strain, deflection, and acceleration when the dynamic load comprehensive rail inspection vehicle passes through the bridge at different speeds. A coupled vibration model of the train-bridge is established. Moreover, the reliability of the coupled vibration model is confirmed by comparing the numerical simulation and dynamic experiment results. On this basis, the effects of different speed conditions on the dynamic response of the train-bridge coupling system and the indicators of train running safety and stability are investigated. The results show that: the numerical simulation results of the dynamic response of the bridge are basically consistent with the measured results, and the indexes safety and stability of train under the design speed meet the specification limits. The maximum measured dynamic coefficient of bridge structure is 1.16, and the bridge structure has good lateral and vertical stiffness and dynamic properties.
