计及失磁的永磁同步发电机定子铁芯与绕组振动研究

Research on stator core and winding vibration of permanent magnet synchronous generator with demagnetization

  • 摘要: 本文研究永磁同步发电机失磁故障前后的定子铁芯与绕组振动特性。推导得到了正常及故障下的定子单位面积磁拉力和绕组电磁力解析表达式,建立了定子铁芯与端部绕组简易受迫振动力学模型;通过有限元分析得到了定子铁芯与绕组在单一及耦合激振力作用下的振动特性及幅值变化规律,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:正常情况下定子铁芯与绕组的振动成分为二倍电频率,局部失磁故障发生后二者均出现了n/p倍电频率的分数倍频成分,且二倍频成分幅值随着失磁程度的加深而减小,分数倍频成分幅值随着失磁程度的加深而增大;各情况中耦合激振力作用下的定子与绕组振动幅值比单一的大,更贴合实验情况;但分析定子振动情况时可忽略绕组振动的影响,分析绕组振动情况时需要考虑定子振动的影响,在负载变化的情况下本研究结果仍然成立。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigates the stator core and winding vibration characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) before and after demagnetization fault. Stator magnetic pull per unit area (MPPUA) and winding electromagnetic force (EF) under normal and fault conditions is deduced, and a simplified forced vibration model of the stator core and end winding is established. The vibration characteristics and amplitude of stator core and winding under single and coupled excitation forces are calculated by finite element analysis (FEA). Experimental verification is carried out. The results indicate that under normal circumstances, the vibration component of the stator core and winding is the double electrical frequency. After the occurrence of local demagnetization fault, fractional-frequency components of n/p times the electrical frequency appear in both, and the amplitude of the double-frequency component decreases with the deepening of the demagnetization degree, while the amplitude of the fractional-frequency components increase. In all cases, the vibration amplitudes of the stator and winding under the coupled excitation force are larger than those under a single one, which is more consistent with the experimental situation. However, when analyzing the vibration of the stator, the influence of the winding vibration can be disregarded. When analyzing the vibration of the winding, the influence of the stator vibration needs to be taken into account. The results of this study are still valid when the load changes.
