大型对地观测卫星在轨组装技术与地面实验研究进展

Progress in research on in-orbit assembly technology and ground experiments for large-scale Earth observation satellites

  • 摘要: 我国对大型对地观测卫星和空间望远镜等大型模块化航天装备研发需求迫切,本文综述了此类航天结构的总体设计与在轨组装方案研究现状,围绕其中的动力学建模与分析、装配序列/布局优化、姿态-轨道-结构一体化控制、在轨组装地面实验,重点分析了大型SAR卫星在轨组装理论研究与地面实验技术的研究现状和存在的主要问题,从大型可组装平台的结构-热控-电子一体化设计方法、大型空间组装结构的机电热联合性能标校技术、大型空间组装结构的高精度位姿测量技术、大型空间结构在轨组装过程的全耦合动力学建模方法、在轨组装过程的一体化控制理论、大型空间结构组装-控制-散热全链条地面等效验证技术六个方面展望了未来的研究方向,可为我国大型航天装备在轨组装技术研究提供理论依据与技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The development of large-scale modular aerospace equipment such as large-scale Earth observation SAR satellites and space telescopes is urgently needed in China. This article reviews the current research status of the overall design and in-orbit assembly schemes for such aerospace structures. The main problems of the current in-orbit assembly theoretical research and ground test technology are systematically analyzed around the kinetic modeling and analysis, the optimization of the assembly sequence, the integrated control of the attitude-orbit-structure, and the ground test of in-orbit assembly. It systematically analyzes the main problems of current theoretical research and ground test technology of on-orbit assembly. The paper also projects future research directions across six areas: structural-thermal control, electronic integration design methods for large-scale assembled platforms, calibration technology for the combined electromechanical and thermal performance of large-scale space assembly structures, high-precision pose measurement technology for these structures, fully coupled dynamics modeling methods for the in-orbit assembly process of large-scale space structures, and integrated control theories for the assembly process. Additionally, it highlights the need for ground equivalence verification technology for the entire assembly-control-heat dissipation chain of large-scale space structures. The paper provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the on-orbit assembly technology of large space structures in China.
